Customers who purchase the Motorola Razr Fold – FIFA World Cup 26™ Collection through e& in the UAE will receive one (1) guaranteed ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match, subject to successful redemption and validation.

Who is eligible for this promotion?

UAE residents aged 18+ who purchase an eligible Motorola Razr Fold – FIFA World Cup 26™ Collection device through e&. The purchase needs to happen during the offer period between 13 April and 7 June 2026 and the customer needs to complete redemption between 13 April 2026 and 22 June 2026.

What does “guaranteed ticket” mean?

A guaranteed ticket means you are allocated one (1) FIFA World Cup 2026™ match ticket after successful validation, subject to the official FIFA ticketing process and available ticket categories. 

Which matches are included?

You can select your preferred match from the available pool on the redemption website. Match availability is limited and depends on the official ticketing process. A specific match or seat is not guaranteed. If your preferred option is unavailable, an alternative match may be assigned. Tickets are subject to FIFA regulations.

How do I redeem my FIFA World Cup 2026 ticket?

After purchasing the device from e&:

1. You will receive confirmation through SMS from e& with a redemption link on Motorola website and a unique voucher code.
2. Visit the link and submit your details before the deadline, including your First/Last Name, your personal email address linked to the FIFA app in which the ticket will be redeemed, and a copy of your Purchase Invoice. Please note your email address cannot be any type of corporate or government email address, it must be a personal email address.
3. Once your details are verified on the redemption platform, ticket details will be shared via the FIFA App as the tournament date approaches.

When will I receive my ticket?

Once your details are verified on the redemption platform you will get confirmation about the registration via the FIFA App after 10-14 working days. The actual ticket will be issued and will appear on the app as the event approaches. 

Is this offer available in all stores and online?

This is an e& exclusive offer. It is available across all e& retail stores and the e& online store within the UAE. 

Can I transfer or sell the ticket for cash?

Tickets may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Are travel and accommodation included?

No. The promotion covers the match ticket only. All travel, visa arrangements, and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Is there a limit to the number of devices purchased per customer?

Each device purchase qualifies for one ticket. However, customers may purchase multiple devices (subject to e& T&C for device purchase) to receive multiple tickets. Subject to stock availability.

Can I combine this offer with other promotions?

This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated. 

What is the validity of the promotion?

The offer runs from April 13th to June 7th, 2026, or while stocks last. Stocks are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
